Built Around What Matters.
Lanza is a real estate investment company built to create lasting value through thoughtful investment, responsible ownership, and strong partnerships.
We believe deeply in real estate — both in its potential as an investment and in what exists beyond the numbers.
A property can create wealth and opportunity. It can contribute to a neighborhood and the people working within it.And sometimes, most importantly, it is simply the place someone calls home.
We don't think those ideas have to compete.
We want to build a financially strong company while remaining thoughtful about the capital we use, the properties we own, the people we work with, and the communities our decisions touch.
As Lanza grows, we intend to let our work speak for us — through the properties we improve, the capital we steward, the partnerships we build, the opportunities we create, and the way we treat people along the way.
Founder

Paulina H Huertas
Founder
Lanza is led by a well-rounded entrepreneur and business leader whose career spans finance, accounting, people and operations, entrepreneurship, and leadership — not a finance professional who later turned to investing.
That breadth shapes how Lanza works. Numbers, people, strategy, risk, operations, and execution are treated as one connected picture rather than separate departments, and the people involved in a deal are understood as part of the business reality rather than an afterthought.
Beyond Lanza's directly owned portfolio, our founder has ownership and operating experience across seven residential rental properties — five long-term and two short-term rentals — acquired personally, through partnerships, and through Lanza.
How We Work
Stewardship
Make it count.
We use capital, property, time, relationships, and opportunity thoughtfully.

How we do it matters.
We protect our interests while keeping our word, taking responsibility, and treating people fairly.

Stay curious.
We ask questions, explore possibilities, and learn from what works — and what doesn't.

Show up. Follow through.
We come prepared, take ownership, and stay engaged in the work we've agreed to do.
