Have Something Worth Exploring?
Lanza is a real estate investment company that invests directly, provides private capital, and partners with others on real estate opportunities.
Good opportunities don't always arrive neatly packaged. Sometimes they start with a property. Sometimes with a project. Sometimes with a problem. And sometimes simply with a conversation. If you think there may be something worth exploring together, we'd like to hear about it.

What does Lanza do?
Lanza is a real estate investment company focused on finding opportunity, creating lasting value, and building strong partnerships along the way. We invest directly, provide private capital, operate real estate, and partner with others when we believe we can build something stronger together.
How does Lanza participate in a deal?
Lanza participates through direct investment, private lending, and partnerships, with opportunity as the commercial center of the brand. We invest directly in real estate when the property, economics, risk, and opportunity align, provide private capital for select real estate projects led by other investors, and work with people whose experience, capital, knowledge, relationships, or perspective can complement our own.
Does Lanza focus on one property type or market?
No. We don't define Lanza by one property type, one market, or one strategy. We start with the opportunity, then determine whether Lanza has a meaningful role to play.
What does Lanza look for in an opportunity?
We look for strong fundamentals, where the numbers need a reason to work; potential we can help unlock; more than one way forward; risk we can understand; and a worthwhile use of our capital, time, and attention. We don't need certainty, but we need to know what we're stepping into.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Website inquiry comes first, then an internal review, then a conversation — direct contact only follows as the relationship develops. Either way, we'll ask good questions and do the work.
